Shipping Address & date required

Please list down all your shipping and contact details and the date you require your shirts. We will then respond with a quotation, estimated delivery date and payment options.

NO RETURNS - All orders placed are "Made to Order", therefore there we will not accept any returns, however, we will replace if the shirts are not as requested on your order form.
DESIGN APPROVAL - Art work for orders shall be sent and signed off as approved by all clients before we proceed with production and shipping.
SAMPLES - DAPPER DAN GOLF would be happy to send a sample of the shirt if given enough time to do so. There will be a sample fee of $100 which will be refunded upon receiving your order and payment.
PAYMENT - Payment shall be made in full when placed and production will not start until payment has been received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION - DAPPER DAN GOLF attempts to be accurate in describing its products and services on the Website. We do not warrant that product and service descriptions or other content of this or any other Website are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. Title to products purchased on the Website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when DAPPER DAN GOLF delivers these items to the carrier.
