NO RETURNS - All orders placed are "Made to Order", therefore there we will not accept any returns, however, we will replace if the shirts are not as requested on your order form.
DESIGN APPROVAL - Art work for orders shall be sent and signed off as approved by all clients before we proceed with production and shipping.
SAMPLES - DAPPER DAN GOLF would be happy to send a sample of the shirt if given enough time to do so. There will be a sample fee of $100 which will be refunded upon receiving your order and payment.
PAYMENT - Payment shall be made in full when placed and production will not start until payment has been received.

RISK OF LOSS - All products purchased from the Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, DAPPER DAN GOLF. Title to products purchased on the Website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when DAPPER DAN GOLF delivers these items to the carrier.
