TERMS & CONDITIONS 4 GROUP ORDERS
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted only after the Client receives a written Confirmation of Order and the required deposit or full payment has been processed.
- Final Artwork Approval: The Client is responsible for reviewing the digital proof (mockup) for all aspects, including spelling, colors (based on provided color codes), logo placement, and sizing. Production will not begin until the Client provides final written approval.
- Design Ownership: All artwork and designs provided by the Client must be owned by the Client or used with express permission. The Client indemnifies [Your Company Name] against any and all copyright or trademark infringement claims related to the supplied artwork.
- Sizing Responsibility: The Client acknowledges and accepts responsibility for accurately selecting all garment sizes. Sizing is based solely on the official size charts provided by [Your Company Name] on the product page. Garments ordered in the wrong size by the Client are not eligible for return or refund.
- Production Times: Standard turnaround time is 5-6 weeks from the date of Final Artwork Approval, excluding shipping time. Turnaround times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.
- Shipping; Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by DAPPER DAN GOLF. Lost or damaged shipments must be addressed by the Client directly with the carrier.
- Custom Item Policy: Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final. Custom garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error proven to be on the part of DAPPER DAN GOLF.
- Manufacturing Defects: A manufacturing defect includes, but is not limited to: incorrect garment type, incorrect print method, or print/embroidery placement that deviates significantly from the final approved proof. Claims for defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
